IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS....LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES OVER THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES
AND EXTENDING NORTHEAST INTO EASTERN ONTARIO WILL CONTINUE TO
WESTERN QUEBEC BY EARLY AFTERNOON...WITH A FRONTAL BOUNDARY DROPPING
SOUTH DOWN THE LAKE BY DAYBREAK. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES IN THE
UPPER MIDWEST WILL THEN BUILD EAST ACROSS THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES
THROUGH WEDNESDAY. LOW PRESSURE AROUND 29.9 INCHES WILL MOVE EAST
ACROSS THE CORN BELT ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT FOLLOWED BY A RIDGE OF HIGH
PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES MOVING EAST THROUGH THE OHIO
VALLEY.
