WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...WEAK LOW PRESSURE OF 29.9 INCHES OVER THE NORTHERN
GREAT LAKES REGION WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS SOUTHWESTERN ONTARIO THIS
AFTERNOON AND INTO SOUTHWEST QUEBEC BY THIS EVENING. A COLD FRONT
TRAILING FROM THIS LOW WILL PUSH SOUTH ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN
BEGINNING LATE THIS AFTERNOON...AND CONTINUING THROUGH TONIGHT.
HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES OVER MANITOBA WILL BUILD SOUTHEAST
BEHIND THE FRONT TO THE NORTHERN LAKES TONIGHT AND SOUTHEAST
ACROSS THE EASTERN LAKES AND SOUTHWEST ONTARIO ON THURSDAY.
THE HIGH WILL MOVE ACROSS NEW ENGLAND ON FRIDAY...AS ANOTHER
LOW OF 29.5 INCHES FORMS OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS AND CANADIAN
PRAIRIES. THIS LOW WILL MOVE ACROSS ONTARIO INTO QUEBEC OVER THE
WEEKEND DRAGGING ANOTHER COLD FRONT ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN SATURDAY
NIGHT INTO EARLY SUNDAY.
