IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES WAS CENTERED OVER THE OHIO
VALLEY WILL MOVE SLOWLY TO THE SOUTHEASTERN STATES THROUGH THE END
OF THE WEEK. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES CURRENTLY OVER SOUTH
CENTRAL CANADA WILL MERGE WITH THE 30.6 INCH HIGH OVER QUEBEC
THURSDAY AFTERNOON. ANOTHER WEAK SURFACE LOW OF 30.0 INCHES FORMS
OVER INDIANA FRIDAY AFTERNOON AND THEN WEAKENS OVER SOUTHERN LAKE
