WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...DEEP LOW PRESSURE OF 28.7 INCHES OVER QUEBEC WILL
CONTINUE TO MOVE NORTHEAST TONIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES
ALONG THE GULF OF MEXICO COAST WILL MOVE NORTHEAST TO THE
CAROLINAS FRIDAY...AND MOVE OFF THE COAST SATURDAY. A WEAK COLD
FRONTAL TROUGH EXTENDS FROM WESTERN ONTARIO TO LOW PRESSURE OF
29.4 INCHES OVER WESTERN KANSAS. THIS LOW WILL WEAKEN AS THE
TROUGH MOVES TOWARD THE WESTERN LAKES FRIDAY. ANOTHER AREA OF
LOW PRESSURE OF 29.9 INCHES WILL DEVELOP ALONG THE FRONT OVER
MISSOURI FRIDAY NIGHT AND MOVE ACROSS CENTRAL LAKE MICHIGAN
SATURDAY...DEEPENING TO 29.6 INCHES AS IT MOVES INTO QUEBEC
SATURDAY EVENING AND DRAGS THE COLD FRONT SOUTHEAST OF THE LAKE.
WEAK HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES WILL MOVE ACROSS THE SOUTHERN
LAKES SUNDAY...WHILE ANOTHER WEAK TROUGH SAGS ACROSS THE LAKE FROM
THE NORTH. THIS TROUGH AND ITS COLD FRONT WILL MOVE SOUTH OF THE
LAKE BY MONDAY...AS STRONG CANADIAN HIGH PRESSURE OF 31.2 INCHES
SPREADS SOUTHEAST INTO THE NORTHERN HIGH PLAINS.
