WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES LIES OVER THE MID
ATLANTIC COAST EARLY THIS MORNING WHILE HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0
INCHES STRETCHES FROM LAKE SUPERIOR INTO THE CENTRAL PLAINS. THE
HIGH WILL MOVE ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN TODAY...THEN TO THE OHIO
VALLEY FRIDAY. MEANWHILE...ANOTHER LOW OF 29.5 INCHES OVER
SASKATCHEWAN EARLY THIS MORNING WILL MOVE TO QUEBEC LATE FRIDAY
NIGHT...WITH A TRAILING COLD FRONT MOVING ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN
INTO EARLY SATURDAY. A 30.0 INCH HIGH WILL BUILD ACROSS THE
CANADIAN PRAIRIES OVER THE WEEKEND THEN MOVE INTO THE GREAT LAKES
EARLY NEXT WEEK.
