WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.1 INCHES OFF THE MID ATLANTIC
COAST WILL MOVE NORTHEAST ALONG THE NEW ENGLAND COAST TODAY. A
WEAK RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.9 INCHES WILL BUILD
ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN TODAY. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES IS
DROPPING OUT OF THE CENTRAL ROCKIES THIS MORNING AND WILL TRACK
ACROSS SOUTHERN WISCONSIN WEDNESDAY AND THEN PROCEED NORTHEAST
ACROSS CENTRAL LAKE MICHIGAN WEDNESDAY EVENING. THE LOW IS
EXPECTED TO LIFT NORTHEAST TO LAKE HURON WEDNESDAY NIGHT AND
THURSDAY AS HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES BUILDS ACROSS THE
PLAINS.
