WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES IS CENTERED ACROSS THE
OHIO VALLEY AND EASTERN LAKES REGION LATE THIS MORNING...WHILE

PRESSURE OF 30.6 INCHES WILL BUILD OVER MANITOBA WEDNESDAY
