WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.3 INCHES OVER NORTHERN ONTARIO
WILL MOVE NORTHEAST TO NORTHERN QUEBEC TUESDAY...AS IT DEEPENS
TO 29.0 INCHES. A TRAILING COLD FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE LAKE
TONIGHT. A WEAK AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES WILL MOVE
ACROSS ILLINOIS AND INDIANA ON TUESDAY...THEN CONTINUE EAST INTO
THE UPPER OHIO VALLEY AND EASTERN LAKES BY WEDNESDAY. ANOTHER
LOW AROUND 29.5 INCHES WILL DEVELOP OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS ON
WEDNESDAY...THEN MOVE NORTHEAST INTO ONTARIO THURSDAY AND
THURSDAY NIGHT. THIS SYSTEM WILL DRIVE ANOTHER...STRONGER COLD
