WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES...CENTERED OVER THE
MISSISSIPPI RIVER VALLEY EARLY THIS MORNING...WILL BUILD OVER THE
LAKES REGION TODAY. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES WILL MOVE FROM
NORTH DAKOTA SATURDAY MORNING TO NORTHERN ONTARIO BY SUNDAY
AFTERNOON. THIS WILL STEER A COLD FRONT INTO THE NORTHERN HALF OF
THE LAKE...WHICH WILL STALL THROUGH MONDAY MORNING. LOW PRESSURE
OF 29.7 INCHES WILL MOVE ACROSS THE SOUTHERN GREAT LAKES ON MONDAY
AFTERNOON GUIDING THE FRONT EASTWARD AND TURNING WINDS NORTHERLY
ACROSS THE LAKE.
