IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS....LOW PRESSURE OF 29.7 INCHES OVER THE WESTERN LAKES
WILL MOVE TO THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES BY AROUND MIDNIGHT. THIS LOW
WILL CONTINUE TO WESTERN QUEBEC BY EARLY TUESDAY AFTERNOON...WITH
A FRONTAL BOUNDARY DROPPING SOUTH DOWN THE LAKE LATE TONIGHT. HIGH
PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES WILL THEN BUILD EAST ACROSS THE CENTRAL
GREAT LAKES THROUGH WEDNESDAY. LOW PRESSURE AROUND 29.9 INCHES
WILL MOVE EAST ACROSS THE CORN BELT ON WEDNESDAY NIGHT FOLLOWED BY
A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES MOVING EAST THROUGH
THE OHIO VALLEY.
