IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL CONTINUE TO DROP SOUTH ACROSS
LAKE MICHIGAN EARLY THIS MORNING WHILE HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2
INCHES BUILDS FROM ONTARIO INTO THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES REGION
TODAY. THE HIGH WILL MOVE TO NEW ENGLAND FRIDAY WHILE LOW PRESSURE
OF 29.3 INCHES MOVES OVER HUDSON BAY WITH TROUGHING EXTENDING INTO
THE CENTRAL PLAINS. THE LOW WILL MOVE INTO THE CANADIAN MARITIME
PROVINCES BY LATE SATURDAY DRAGGING A COLD FRONT ACROSS LAKE
MICHIGAN SATURDAY NIGHT INTO EARLY SUNDAY. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3
INCHES WILL BUILD OVER THE UPPER MIDWEST MONDAY THEN MOVE OVER
LAKE MICHIGAN TUESDAY.
