WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...SPRAWLING HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES ACROSS NORTHERN
MANITOBA...ONTARIO AND HUDSON BAY WILL REMAIN STATIONARY FOR THE
NEXT FEW DAYS. FARTHER SOUTH...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES OVER
THE SOUTHERN PLAINS WILL MOVE SLOWLY TO THE CENTRAL PLAINS
WEDNESDAY WHILE DEEPENING TO 29.4 INCHES. THE LOW WILL THEN SLIDE
OVER CENTRAL ILLINOIS AT 29.8 INCHES THURSDAY. BROAD HIGH PRESSURE
AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES WILL SPREAD OVER THE LAKE FRIDAY WHILE THE
NEXT LOW FORMS OVER THE PLAINS SATURDAY AT AROUND 29.6 INCHES AND
WILL APPROACH SOUTHERN LAKE MICHIGAN SUNDAY.
