IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.2 INCHES OVER THE GREAT LAKES
TODAY...WILL SLOWLY MOVE EAST TONIGHT AND WEDNESDAY. LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES WILL MOVE FROM THE DAKOTAS TONIGHT TO
WESTERN LAKE SUPERIOR WEDNESDAY...AS IT DISSIPATES. ANOTHER LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.9 INCHES WILL DEVELOP ACROSS THE MID MISSISSIPPI
VALLEY INTO THE OHIO VALLEY REGION THURSDAY AND REMAIN IN PLACE
INTO THE WEEKEND...WHILE HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.3 INCHES MOVES
