WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES LIES OVER FAR NORTHEASTERN
IOWA EARLY THIS MORNING AND WILL LIFT TO LAKE SUPERIOR THIS
EVENING FILLING TO 30.2 INCHES. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES WILL
BUILD INTO THE UPPER MIDWEST FRIDAY AND MOVE EAST ACROSS LAKE
MICHIGAN FRIDAY NIGHT. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.9 INCHES WILL MOVE FROM
THE CENTRAL PLAINS SUNDAY TO THE UPPER OHIO VALLEY BY EARLY
TUESDAY. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.1 INCHES WILL BUILD ACROSS LAKE
