IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES OVER WEST CENTRAL ONTARIO
WILL MOVE TO LAKE SUPERIOR TUESDAY MORNING. THIS LOW WILL THEN
SLOWLY MOVE SOUTH ACROSS WESTERN LOWER MICHIGAN TUESDAY NIGHT...
AND THEN TO THE MID ATLANTIC WEDNESDAY NIGHT. HIGH PRESSURE OF
30.3 INCHES WILL BUILD ACROSS ONTARIO AND THE UPPER MIDWEST
WEDNESDAY NIGHT INTO THURSDAY.
