FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...Low pressure at 29.3 inches east of James Bay will
continue to move northeast across western Quebec through tonight.
Sprawling high pressure averaging 30.1 inches over the Rockies and
high plains will move over the western Great Lakes at 30.0 inches
Tuesday night. This high will continue east Wednesday while a
29.3 inch low will reach western Ontario Thursday. The low`s cold
front will swing across the lake Thursday night, and the low will
move to western Quebec by Friday morning.
