IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...SPRAWLING HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES ACROSS
NORTHERN MANITOBA...ONTARIO AND HUDSON BAY WILL REMAIN STATIONARY
FOR THE NEXT FEW DAYS AND THEN DRIFT EAST OVER QUEBEC EARLY NEXT
WEEK. A 29.5 INCH LOW OVER EASTERN NEBRASKA WILL WEAKEN TO 29.8
INCHES AS IT MOVES ACROSS CENTRAL ILLINOIS THURSDAY
AFTERNOON...AND THEN REACH THE CENTRAL ATLANTIC COAST FRIDAY.
BROAD HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES WILL SPREAD OVER THE
LAKE FRIDAY WHILE LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.6 INCHES FORMS OVER
THE PLAINS FRIDAY NIGHT INTO SATURDAY. THE LOW WILL MOVE TO THE
OHIO VALLEY ON SUNDAY AND THE NORTHEAST COAST ON MONDAY WHILE
WEAKENING TO 29.7 INCHES.
