WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.3 INCHES LIES OVER SOUTHERN QUEBEC
THIS AFTERNOON AND WILL MERGE WITH ANOTHER LOW OVER THE CANADIAN
MARITIMES FRIDAY. A 30.3 INCH RIDGE WILL BUILD ACROSS THE NORTHERN
PLAINS INTO THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY FRIDAY...MOVE OVER THE
MIDWEST AND GREAT LAKES SATURDAY...THEN SHIFT OVER NEW ENGLAND BY
EARLY NEXT WEEK. A 29.5 INCH LOW IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP OVER THE
SOUTHERN PLAINS MONDAY AND LIFT ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES AROUND
MIDWEEK...THOUGH THERE IS CONSIDERABLE UNCERTAINTY IN THE STRENGTH
AND TIMING OF THIS LOW AT THE MOMENT.
