FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...

High pressure around 30.4 inches will pass by to the north of the
region overnight into Saturday, with gusty north winds gradually
weakening by Saturday afternoon.

Winds then start to increase from the southeast late Saturday
night and Sunday, as low pressure around 29.2 inches deepens over
eastern Colorado. The low will shift northeastward to northern
Iowa by Monday night, and into Lake Superior on Tuesday, while
weakening to 29.4 inches. Gale force south to southeast winds are
likely Monday and Tuesday, as the low shifts northeastward.

.SATURDAY NIGHT...Northeast winds 5 to 10 kt veering to
southeast. Waves 1 to 3 ft subsiding to 1 to 2 ft.
.SUNDAY...Southeast winds 10 to 20 kt increasing to 15 to 25 kt.
Waves 3 to 5 ft building to 4 to 7 ft occasionally to 9 ft.
.SUNDAY NIGHT...Southeast gales to 35 kt. Snow likely in the
evening, then chance of snow and rain overnight. Waves 6 to 9 ft
occasionally to 12 ft.
.MONDAY...Southeast gales to 35 kt. Chance of rain and snow in
the morning, then chance of rain in the afternoon. Waves 7 to
10 ft occasionally to 13 ft.
.MONDAY NIGHT...Southeast winds to 30 kt. Rain. Waves 7 to 10 ft
occasionally to 13 ft subsiding to 6 to 9 ft occasionally to
12 ft.
