IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.5 INCHES OVER SOUTHERN MANITOBA
WILL MOVE ACROSS NORTHERN ONTARIO TODAY AND THEN TO WESTERN QUEBEC
MONDAY. A TRAILING COLD FRONT WILL MOVE SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE LAKE
FROM LATE THIS AFTERNOON THROUGH THIS EVENING. HIGH PRESSURE OF
29.9 INCHES WILL STRETCH FROM THE CANADIAN PRAIRIES TO THE CENTRAL
PLAINS THIS AFTERNOON THEN MOVE OVER LAKE MICHIGAN WITH A PRESSURE
NEAR 30.0 INCHES LATE MONDAY NIGHT OR TUESDAY. THE HIGH WILL
GRADUALLY MOVE EASTWARD ACROSS THE LAKE AND EXIT TO THE EAST LATER
WEDNESDAY. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES WILL MOVE TOWARD THE MID
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY ON THURSDAY.
