IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.2 INCHES IS CENTERED NEAR JAMES
BAY THIS AFTERNOON. THIS SURFACE LOW WILL TRACK EASTWARD OVER
WESTERN QUEBEC TONIGHT...AND PUSH A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE LAKE.
IN THE WAKE OF THIS FRONT...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.7 INCHES WILL
