.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCH OVER NORTHWESTERN
PENNSYLVANIA AND WILL MOVE OVER NEW ENGLAND TODAY. A RIDGE OF HIGH
PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.1 INCHES SPANS FROM THE SOUTHERN PLAINS
ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN AND INTO QUEBEC AND WILL GRADUALLY SHIFT EAST
OF THE LAKE TODAY. MEANWHILE...A 29.8 INCH LOW WILL FORM OVER THE
UPPER MIDWEST THIS AFTERNOON AND TRACK SOUTHEAST ACROSS ILLINOIS
AND INDIANA MONDAY...THEN LIFT TO THE EASTERN LAKES TUESDAY. A
