FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 30.0 inches over the lake will
continue east this afternoon, and a 29.4 inch low will move over
central Saskatchewan. The low will weaken to 29.5 inches as it
reaches Ontario Thursday night, but then it will deepen to 29.3
inches as it moves over southwest Quebec Friday. The low`s cold
front will push across the lake Thursday night into Friday
morning. Remnants of Tropical Storm Cindy will move over the
southern Mississippi Valley Thursday evening and then shift east
over the Tennessee River Valley through Saturday.
