IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES OVER CENTRAL INDIANA WILL
CONTINUE EAST INTO WESTERN OHIO TONIGHT WHILE LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6
INCHES OVER EASTERN ONTARIO AND A TRAILING LOW OF 29.8 INCHES OVER
WESTERN LAKE SUPERIOR MOVE SOUTHEAST. THESE LOW WILL CONSOLIDATE
OVER SOUTHERN ONTARIO LATER TUESDAY AND DEEPEN TO 29.5 INCHES AS
THEY REACH CENTRAL QUEBEC BY MIDDAY WEDNESDAY. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0
INCHES OVER WESTERN HUDSON BAY WILL DROP SOUTHEAST INTO CENTRAL
ONTARIO TONIGHT THEN ACROSS THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES LATER WEDNESDAY.
THE HIGH WILL THEN SLOWLY MOVE SOUTHWARD ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES INTO
THE WEEKEND.
