WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES OVER JAMES BAY WILL SLOWLY
CONTINUE NORTHEAST THROUGH THURSDAY. HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.0 INCHES
FROM THE CENTRAL PLAINS TO THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY WILL MOVE
OVER THE LAKE EARLY TUESDAY MORNING AND REMAIN RELATIVELY
STATIONARY THROUGH WEDNESDAY AFTERNOON. WEAK LOW PRESSURE WILL
THEN PASS NEAR OR OVER THE LAKE ON FRIDAY...WITH HIGH PRESSURE
AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES SPREADING BACK OVER THE LAKE ON SATURDAY.
