MANITOBA ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES EARLY THIS MORNING WHILE LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.4 INCHES LIES OVER KANSAS. THE LOW WILL LIFT ACROSS
THE MIDDLE PORTIONS OF LAKE MICHIGAN AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT THEN
CONTINUE NORTHEAST ACROSS QUEBEC WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY. A 30.4
INCH HIGH OVER THE HIGH PLAINS EARLY THURSDAY WILL SPREAD EAST TO
THE LOWER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY THURSDAY NIGHT...THEN TO THE MID
ATLANTIC COAST SATURDAY. MEANWHILE...A WEAK TROUGH OF 30.0 INCHES
WILL MOVE ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN THURSDAY NIGHT FOLLOWED BY ANOTHER
