IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.2 INCHES WAS CONSOLIDATING OVER
ILLINOIS THIS EVENING. THIS LOW WILL WILL BEGIN TO RAPIDLY
INTENSIFY AS IT LIFTS NORTH UP LAKE MICHIGAN AFTER MIDNIGHT...
DEEPENING TO 28.8 INCHES AS IT NEARS THE MACKINAC STRAITS MONDAY
MORNING. THE LOW WILL TRACK NORTHEAST INTO QUEBEC MONDAY NIGHT
DEEPENING A BIT FARTHER TO 28.7 INCHES. WEAK HIGH PRESSURE
TRANSITS THE LAKE TUESDAY...FOLLOWED QUICKLY BY A 29.6 INCH LOW
THAT WILL PASS OVER THE LAKE LATER WEDNESDAY. STRONG HIGH PRESSURE
AROUND 30.5 INCHES MOVES INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS BEHIND THIS LOW.
