WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.2 INCHES WILL
REMAIN NEARLY STATIONARY ACROSS THE SOUTHEASTERN STATES AND
NORTHERN GULF OF MEXICO FOR THE NEXT SEVERAL DAYS. LOW PRESSURE
OF 29.4 INCHES OVER THE NORTHERN CANADIAN PRAIRIES WILL SLOWLY
MOVE EAST TO HUDSON BAY THURSDAY NIGHT WHILE A TRAILING COLD
FRONT MOVES ACROSS THE NORTHERN PLAINS TO THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI
VALLEY FRIDAY. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP
ALONG THE FRONT OVER THE UPPER MISSOURI VALLEY ON THURSDAY...
SLOWING THE PROGRESSION OF THE FRONT. YET ANOTHER LOW OF 29.2
INCHES IS EXPECTED TO DEVELOP ALONG THE FRONT OVER THE MIDDLE
MISSISSIPPI VALLEY ON SATURDAY. THIS LOW IS EXPECTED TO LIFT
NORTHEAST ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES REGION SATURDAY WITH THE
COLD FRONT FINALLY PUSHING ACROSS LAKE MICHIGAN SATURDAY NIGHT OR
