FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...The 30.1 inch high pressure ridge over the Central
Great Lakes will shift eastward today. Meanwhile the 29.7 inch
low over northwest Minnesota will pass over northern Illinois this
afternoon. The low will deepen to 29.5 inches over the Eastern
Great Lakes tonight, and deepen further to 29.0 inches over Maine
Tuesday night. High pressure of 30.0 inches will quickly pass over
the Western Lakes Wednesday, and a 29.7 inch low will pass over
the southern end of the lake or just south of the lake Wednesday
evening.

Chance of snow and rain in the evening...then snow overnight.
Freezing spray overnight. Waves 4 to 7 ft occasionally to 9 ft
building to 12 to 16 ft occasionally to 20 ft.
.TUESDAY...Northwest gales to 40 kt diminishing to gales to
35 kt. Freezing spray. Snow. Waves 14 to 18 ft occasionally to
