FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS....LOW PRESSURE AT 29.7 INCHES OVER THE CENTRAL PLAINS
WILL WEAKEN TO 29.8 INCHES AS IT MOVES EAST INTO NORTHERN ILLINOIS
BY THURSDAY MORNING. THIS LOW WILL THEN CONTINUE TO MOVE OFF TO THE
EAST REACHING OHIO THURSDAY NIGHT. ANOTHER AREA OF LOW PRESSURE AT
29.9 INCHES WILL FORM OVER THE SOUTHERN PLAINS THURSDAY NIGHT AND
THEN MOVE ALONG THE OHIO RIVER FRIDAY AND DEEPEN TO AROUND 29.3
INCHES OVER THE MID APPALACHIANS BY SATURDAY AFTERNOON.
MEANWHILE...HIGH PRESSURE AT 30.1 INCHES WILL BUILD OVER THE
NORTHERN GREAT LAKES THURSDAY NIGHT THROUGH SATURDAY MORNING
BUILDING SOUTH SATURDAY NIGHT INTO SUNDAY.  LOW PRESSURE AT 29.8
INCHES WILL THEN MOVE EAST TO LAKE SUPERIOR BY MONDAY.
