WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A RIDGE OF HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.7 INCHES ACROSS
THE EASTERN U.S. WILL CONTINUE TO SHIFT EAST INTO TUESDAY. LOW
PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES OVER THE HIGH PLAINS WILL MOVE TO THE
UPPER PENSINSULA OF MICHIGAN BY EARLY EVENING TUESDAY AND DEEPEN
TO 29.1 INCHES AS IT DOES. THE LOW WILL SHIFT A COLD FRONT ACROSS
THE LAKE TUESDAY EVENING AND THEN MOVE ONTO JAMES BAY EARLY
WEDNESDAY. ANOTHER TROUGH OF 29.9 INCHES WILL SET UP FROM THE
CENTRAL PLAINS INTO THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES WEDNESDAY. THE TROUGH
WILL CONSOLIDATE OVER QUEBEC THURSDAY NIGHT AS A STRONG 30.9 INCH
HIGH BUILDS INTO THE NORTHERN PLAINS. THE HIGH WILL SHIFT ACROSS
THE GREAT LAKES FRIDAY INTO SATURDAY.
