WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES OVER QUEBEC WILL CONTINUE
TO LIFT EAST OVERNIGHT. MEANWHILE...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.5 INCHES
OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS WILL SLIDE SOUTHEAST INTO THE CENTRAL
PLAINS BY TUESDAY. THE HIGH PRESSURE WILL THEN BUILD EAST OVER
THE GREAT LAKES REGION BY THURSDAY.
