FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE MICHIGAN.

WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW OF 29.2 INCHES OVER THE UPPER MISSOURI VALLEY
WILL THEN WEAKEN TO 29.4 INCHES AS IT LIFTS NORTHEAST ACROSS
NORTHERN WISCONSIN TONIGHT...AND TO 29.6 INCHES AS IT PASSES
ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES THURSDAY AFTERNOON. A COLD FRONT
TRAILING FROM THE LOW WILL PUSH SOUTH OF THE LAKE BY THURSDAY
EVENING...AS HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.4 INCHES BUILDS ACROSS THE UPPER
GREAT LAKES REGION. THE HIGH WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD EAST TO
SOUTHERN QUEBEC AND THE EASTERN LAKES BY SATURDAY MORNING.
