WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS, WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVE, ALONG WITH THE
AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10% OF THE WAVES WHICH WILL
OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...A TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 29.5 INCHES...
WILL MOVE FROM THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY TO LAKE SUPERIOR
TODAY WHILE FILLING. LOW PRESSURE OF 29.2 INCHES OVER THE CENTRAL
PLAINS WILL MOVE NORTHEAST TO LAKE MICHIGAN WEDNESDAY AND
WEDNESDAY NIGHT...AND THEN CONTINUE INTO ONTARIO THURSDAY. THIS
LOW WILL SLOWLY LIFT THROUGH SOUTHEAST CANADA FRIDAY AND FRIDAY
NIGHT...WHILE A NEW TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE DEVELOPS ACROSS THE
CENTRAL PLAINS.
