WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.2 INCHES OVER NORTHERN MINNESOTA
AND LAKE SUPERIOR THIS AFTERNOON WILL WEAKEN TO 29.4 INCHES
TONIGHT AND THEN MOVE TO QUEBEC BY THURSDAY. HIGH PRESSURE
AVERAGING 30.3 INCHES WILL SPREAD FROM THE NORTHERN PLAINS TO THE
WESTERN GREAT LAKES FROM THURSDAY TO SATURDAY. THIS HIGH WILL
SLIDE EAST ON SUNDAY AS WEAK LOW PRESSURE MOVES ACROSS THE
MINNESOTA AND CANADA BORDER.
