FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON Lake Michigan.

Waves are provided as a range of significant wave heights, which
is the average of the highest 1/3 of the wave, along with the
average height of the highest 10% of the waves which will
occasionally be encountered.

.SYNOPSIS...High pressure of 30.3 inches over the upper lakes
today will move to Quebec tonight. Weak low pressure of 29.9
inches over eastern Illinois early this morning will move to Ohio
this evening. A broad high pressure ridge averaging 30.1 inches
will linger over the eastern lakes through Friday. A cold front is
expected to move south across the lake Friday night as low
pressure develops over the Central Plains. This low is expected to
move across the lakes region Saturday night into Sunday, with its
trailing cold front then sweeping across Lake Michigan.
