WAVES ARE PROVIDED AS A RANGE OF SIGNIFICANT WAVE HEIGHTS...WHICH
IS THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 1/3 OF THE WAVES...ALONG
WITH THE AVERAGE HEIGHT OF THE HIGHEST 10 PERCENT OF THE WAVES
WHICH WILL OCCASIONALLY BE ENCOUNTERED.

.SYNOPSIS...LOW PRESSURE OF 29.8 INCHES WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE
AWAY FROM THE AREA OVER NORTHERN NEW ENGLAND THIS MORNING. FARTHER
WEST...HIGH PRESSURE OF 30.8 INCHES OVER THE NORTHERN PLAINS WILL
MOVE SOUTHEAST TO THE MID MISSISSIPPI VALLEY TODAY AND TO THE
CENTRAL GREAT LAKES AND OHIO VALLEY BY TONIGHT WHILE WEAKENING TO
30.6 INCHES. THIS HIGH WILL CONTINUE TO MOVE OFF TO THE EAST ON
SUNDAY...AS AN AREA OF LOW PRESSURE OF 29.6 INCHES MOVES ACROSS
MANITOBA...AND ANOTHER LOW OF 29.9 INCHES MOVES FROM THE CENTRAL
PLAINS TO NORTHERN ILLINOIS BY MONDAY MORNING. THE CANADIAN LOW
WILL DEEPEN TO 29.5 INCHES AS IT TRAVERSES HUDSON BAY
MONDAY...TRAILING A COLD FRONT ACROSS THE UPPER MIDWEST. THIS
FRONT WILL MOVE ACROSS THE LAKE TUESDAY WITH DEEPER LOW PRESSURE
DEVELOPING ALONG THE ATLANTIC COAST.
