ACROSS THE TENNESSEE VALLEY. A 30.2 INCH HIGH WILL THEN BUILD ACROSS
THE LOWER LAKES FRIDAY AND TO THE EAST COAST ON SATURDAY...WITH A
29.5 INCH LOW THEN CROSSING THE WESTERN GREAT LAKES BEFORE LIFTING
INTO QUEBEC ON SUNDAY.
