EXPANSIVE 30.0 INCH HIGH OVER THE UPPER GREAT LAKES WILL BUILD
SOUTHEAST IN THE PROCESS... BECOMING SITUATED OVER LAKE ONTARIO FOR
THURSDAY AND FRIDAY. THE HIGH WILL PUSH ACROSS NEW ENGLAND ON
SATURDAY.
