.SYNOPSIS...A 30.0 INCH LOW WILL MOVE SLOWLY EAST ACROSS
PENNSYLVANIA THROUGH THIS MORNING BEFORE WEAKENING AND MOVING OFF
THE MID ATLANTIC COAST ON TUESDAY. MEANWHILE A STRONG 30.5 INCH HIGH
OVER QUEBEC WILL DRIFT TO THE CANADIAN MARITIMES. A 30.3 INCH HIGH
WILL THEN BUILD FROM THE CENTRAL LAKES TUESDAY TO THE LOWER LAKES
WEDNESDAY BEFORE MOVING EAST TO NEW ENGLAND BY THURSDAY. A WEAK
TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.0 INCHES WILL THEN DRIFT THROUGH
THE OHIO VALLEY THURSDAY AND TOWARDS THE LOWER LAKES FRIDAY.
