1/3 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM. OCCASIONAL WAVE HEIGHT IS THE AVERAGE OF
THE HIGHEST 1/10 OF THE WAVE SPECTRUM.

.SYNOPSIS...A 29.4 INCH LOW OVER OHIO WILL BE NEARLY STATIONARY
THROUGH MIDDAY BEFORE DRIFTING TO THE EAST ACROSS PENNSYLVANIA
LATER TODAY AND EARLY TONIGHT. THE LOW WILL THEN MAKE ITS WAY UP
THE COAST OF NEW ENGLAND LATER TONIGHT AND FRIDAY. A WEAK 29.9
INCH HIGH WILL BUILD ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES ON SATURDAY. A 29.6
INCH LOW WILL STALL SOUTH OF HUDSON BAY SUNDAY AND MONDAY.
