.SYNOPSIS...A 29.2 INCH LOW WILL REMAIN OVER NORTHERN QUEBEC TODAY
BEFORE MOVING OVER THE NORTH ATLANTIC BY FRIDAY. MEANWHILE A 30.2
INCH HIGH WILL BUILD ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY TONIGHT BEFORE WEAKENING
ON FRIDAY. A WEAK 29.8 INCH LOW WILL THEN DRIFT ACROSS LAKE ERIE
FRIDAY BEFORE REDEVELOPING OFF THE MID ATLANTIC COAST ON SATURDAY.
THIS LOW WILL RAPIDLY DEEPEN TO 29.1 INCHES AS IT MOVES NORTH OFF
THE EASTERN SEABOARD THROUGH SUNDAY. MEANWHILE A 30.4 INCH HIGH WILL
BUILD FROM THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY SATURDAY INTO THE OHIO
VALLEY BY SUNDAY.
