OVER PENNSYLVANIA AND STRETCHED FROM THE MID ATLANTIC TO CAPE COD.
A WEAK COLD FRONT WILL SAG SOUTH ACROSS THE LAKE TONIGHT...BEFORE
ANOTHER 30.2 INCH HIGH BUILDS SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES
THURSDAY AND FRIDAY. LATER FRIDAY THE STALLED COLD FRONT TO THE
SOUTH WILL RETURN NORTHWARD AS A WARM FRONT.
