FORECAST TO MOVE SOUTHEAST ACROSS THE LAKE SATURDAY BEFORE
STALLING OVER PENNSYLVANIA SATURDAY NIGHT AND SUNDAY. THEN A 29.1
INCH LOW WILL MOVE INTO THE UPPER GREAT LAKES REGION MONDAY.
