WESTERN QUEBEC TODAY BEFORE WEAKENING AND EXITING INTO THE CANADIAN
MARITIMES THURSDAY. A 30.2 INCH HIGH IS THEN FORECAST TO BUILD
ACROSS THE UPPER LAKES THURSDAY AND THE LOWER LAKES ON FRIDAY BEFORE
DRIFTING TO THE EASTERN SEABOARD SATURDAY. ANOTHER HIGH IS THEN
FORECAST TO BUILD ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES REGION ON SUNDAY.
