EVENING AND TO THE SAINT LAWRENCE VALLEY BY WEDNESDAY MORNING.
FOLLOWING THE PASSAGE OF THIS LOW...A 30.0 INCH HIGH IS FORECAST
TO BUILD ACROSS THE LAKE THURSDAY...THEN QUEBEC ON FRIDAY. THIS
WILL BE REPLACED BY A 30.3 INCH HIGH WHICH WILL REMAIN ACROSS
QUEBEC OVER THE WEEKEND...MEANWHILE A 29.3 INCH LOW WILL DEVELOP
ACROSS THE SOUTH-CENTRAL U.S.
