SOUTH OF LAKE ONTARIO MONDAY BEFORE MOVING SOUTH AS A COLD FRONT
MONDAY NIGHT. A 29.7 INCH LOW WILL MOVE ALONG THE FRONT THROUGH
NORTHERN PENNSYLVANIA LATE MONDAY NIGHT AND TUESDAY MORNING.
MEANWHILE A 30.5 INCH HIGH WILL REMAIN CENTERED NEAR HUDSON BAY
