.SYNOPSIS...A BROAD 29.5 INCH LOW WILL STALL NEAR THE SOO LATE
TONIGHT AND MONDAY. THIS LARGE STORM SYSTEM WILL GRADUALLY SETTLE
OVER LAKE ONTARIO ON TUESDAY. A 29.8 INCH TROUGH WILL REMAIN OVER
THE LAKE WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY. A 29.9 INCH AREA OF LOW PRESSURE
WILL THEN MOVE SOUTHEAST ACROSS QUEBEC AND NEW ENGLAND ON FRIDAY
WITH A COLD FRONT CROSSING THE LAKES FRIDAY NIGHT.
