STATES OVERNIGHT BEFORE MAKING ITS WAY OFF THE COAST OF THE
CAROLINAS SATURDAY AND SATURDAY NIGHT. A COMPLEX 29.3 INCH STORM
SYSTEM WILL MOVE ACROSS THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY ON SUNDAY...
THEN WILL DEEPEN TO 28.8 INCHES AS IT WILL MOVE TO THE UPPER GREAT
LAKES SUNDAY NIGHT. THE STRONG STORM SYSTEM WILL MOVE TO JAMES BAY
MONDAY. THE STORM SYSTEM WILL EXIT ACROSS NORTHERN QUEBEC ON
TUESDAY WHILE A 30.3 INCH HIGH WILL BUILD ACROSS THE LOWER OHIO
VALLEY.
