THROUGH THIS EVENING. DURING THE COURSE OF TONIGHT...THE LOW WILL
GRADUALLY SHIFT TO THE CANADIAN MARITIMES. THE STORM SYSTEM WILL
REMAIN OVER THE MARITIME PROVINCES FRIDAY AND FRIDAY NIGHT...WHILE
A 30.3 INCH HIGH WILL BUILD ACROSS THE UPPER MISSISSIPPI VALLEY.
THIS HIGH WILL BUILD ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES ON SATURDAY AND WILL
