For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...A 30.5 inch high will continue to move off the New
England coast where it will become anchored through Thursday. A
cold front will move across the lake Friday. Low pressure will
deepen to 29.4 inches as it will move north along the spine of the
Appalachians Friday night and into New England Saturday.

Patchy fog. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.THURSDAY...South winds 10 to 15 knots. A chance of showers
through early afternoon, then showers late. Waves 1 to 2 feet.
.THURSDAY NIGHT...South winds 15 to 20 knots diminishing to 10 to
15 knots. Patchy fog. Rain. Waves 1 to 3 feet.
.FRIDAY...Southwest winds 5 to 10 knots becoming northwest and
increasing to 15 to 20 knots. Rain in the morning, then snow and
rain in the afternoon. Waves building to 2 to 4 feet.
.FRIDAY NIGHT...North winds 15 to 25 knots. Snow. Waves 2 to
4 feet building to 5 to 8 feet. Waves occasionally around
10 feet.
.SATURDAY...North winds 15 to 25 knots. Snow. Waves 5 to 8 feet.
Waves occasionally around 10 feet.
.SUNDAY...Northwest winds 10 knots or less. A chance of snow
showers. Waves 2 feet or less.
.MONDAY...Southeast winds 10 knots or less. A chance of snow
