For waters beyond five nautical miles of shore on Lake Ontario

Waves are the significant wave height - the average of the highest
1/3 of the wave spectrum. Occasional wave height is the average of
the highest 1/10 of the wave spectrum.

.SYNOPSIS...An expansive 28.8 inch low over James Bay this
morning will slowly push across northern Quebec this afternoon
through Thursday. A 29.6 inch low over the Upper Great Lakes on
Friday will pass to the north of the lake Friday night. Another
29.6 inch low will move from the Upper Great Lakes across Lake
Ontario late Saturday and Saturday night.
