TRACKS FROM THE HIGH PLAINS TO NEAR CHICAGO. THIS LOW WILL MOVE
TO GEORGIAN BAY BY MONDAY MORNING...THEN TO THE CANADIAN MARITIMES
BY MONDAY EVENING. A COUPLE WEAK TROUGHS OF LOW PRESSURE WILL THEN
PASS TO THE NORTH OF THE LAKE TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY...WHILE ANOTHER
30.5 INCH HIGH BUILDS ACROSS THE PLAINS STATES AND MISSISSIPPI
