GREAT LAKES WEDNESDAY THROUGH THURSDAY. A 29.6 INCH LOW DEVELOPING
NEAR MISSOURI THURSDAY NIGHT IS THEN FORECAST TO TRACK TOWARD THE
GREAT LAKES REGION ON FRIDAY.
