FOR WATERS BEYOND FIVE NAUTICAL MILES OF SHORE ON LAKE ONTARIO

.SYNOPSIS...A LARGE 30.5 INCH AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE WILL BUILD
FROM THE TENNESSEE VALLEY TO THE CAROLINA COASTLINE ON TODAY WHILE
ALSO EXTENDING NORTHWARD ACROSS THE LOWER GREAT LAKES. A 29.9 INCH
LOW IS THEN FORECAST TO MOVE FROM THE UPPER MIDWEST ON SUNDAY TO
THE LOWER GREAT LAKES BY MONDAY. THIS LOW WILL THEN TRACK
EASTWARD, NORTH OF THE LAKE ON MONDAY. A WEAK 30.1 INCH RIDGE IS
THEN FORECAST TO CROSS THE LOWER LAKES ON TUESDAY, BEFORE A WEAK
TROUGH OF LOW PRESSURE PASSING THROUGH CANADA SCRAPES BY THE LAKE
TUESDAY EVENING AND OVERNIGHT. LARGE HIGH PRESSURE AVERAGING 30.5
INCHES OVER THE PLAINS AND SOUTHEAST WILL THEN EXPAND NORTHWARD
WITH ITS PERIPHERY REACHING THE LAKE WEDNESDAY AND THURSDAY.
