INCH LOW IS THEN FORECAST TO MOVE INTO THE UPPER LAKES TONIGHT AND
TUESDAY...BEFORE DRIFTING INTO THE OHIO VALLEY AND DISSIPATING ON
WEDNESDAY. A COLD FRONT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS LOW WILL CROSS THE
LAKE LATE AND EVENING.
