.SYNOPSIS...A LARGE 29.5 INCH LOW CENTERED OVER NORTHERN QUEBEC
WILL REMAIN IN PLACE THROUGH TONIGHT. THE LOW WILL SLOWLY EXIT TO
THE COAST WEDNESDAY AND WEDNESDAY NIGHT WHILE A 30.1 INCH HIGH
WILL PUSH ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES. THE HIGH WILL CROSS LAKE ONTARIO
THURSDAY AND THURSDAY NIGHT BEFORE CROSSING NEW ENGLAND ON FRIDAY.
