EVENING...THEN ON TO THE SAINT LAWRENCE VALLEY BY SUNDAY EVENING...
WITH ITS TRAILING COLD FRONT SLOWLY CROSSING THE LAKE ON SUNDAY.
FOLLOWING THE FRONT...A 30.3 INCH HIGH WILL BUILD INTO THE WESTERN
LAKES AND OHIO VALLEY ON MONDAY...BEFORE SETTLING ACROSS NEW YORK
STATE AND NEW ENGLAND TUESDAY AND WEDNESDAY.
