NORTHERN ONTARIO AND QUEBEC WEDNESDAY BEFORE MOVING TO THE CANADIAN
MARITIMES BY THURSDAY WHILE STRENGTHENING TO 30.4 INCHES. A STRONG
COLD FRONT WILL CROSS THE EASTERN LAKES LATE ON FRIDAY WITH
INCREASING WINDS AND BUILDING WAVES THROUGH SATURDAY AND A SLIGHT
LESSENING ON SUNDAY.
