MID ATLANTIC COAST BY LATE TUESDAY. THE LOW WILL LINGER OFF THE
NEW ENGLAND COAST THROUGH THURSDAY WHILE HIGH PRESSURE MOVES INTO
THE CENTRAL GREAT LAKES.
