WESTERN QUEBEC BY TUESDAY. A COLD FRONT TRAILING THIS LOW WILL
CROSS THE LAKE MONDAY EVENING. A 30.2 INCH AREA OF HIGH PRESSURE
WILL ADVANCE ACROSS THE GREAT LAKES WEDNESDAY...CROSSING THE LAKE
