THEN BUILD ACROSS THE UPPER GREAT LAKES TONIGHT BEFORE MAKING ITS
WAY ACROSS THE OHIO VALLEY AND LOWER GREAT LAKES ON MONDAY. THE
HIGH WILL DRIFT ACROSS THE LAKE ON TUESDAY AND WILL MOVE OFF THE
NEW ENGLAND COAST WEDNESDAY WHERE IT WILL BECOME ANCHORED THROUGH
THURSDAY NIGHT.
